- Shannon helped me buy a home
Shannon was a great help when purchasing our new home as well as selling our previous home. She worked diligently to find homes in our price range and with the "must haves" that we wanted (which was a feat in and of itself). Her concern was with our happiness not with how much of a commission she was going to get. She obtained a potential buyer for our previous home before it was even on the market. What's even more than that, we got our asking price! She was amazing and I would go with Shannon again if I was in the market to buy or sell a home.

When we started working with Shannon we had just dropped a realtor that we had been working with for months because she totally botched our deal because she didn’t know what she was doing. So we were nervous when we made an offer on a house with Shannon; but she was a shark! Got us everything we wanted and stuff we didn’t even know we needed or could ask for :) we made an offer on the first house Shannon showed us and she held our hand through the 45 day closing period and helped us with everything! She was amazing
Shannon was amazing! As first time home buyers she helped us through the whole process, requested things in our offer like a home warranty that we didn't even know we could ask for!

Love Our new home and sold previous home very quickly with Shannon's help. Both closings went smooth despite some possible issues because Shannon got involved to resolve things quickly. Great realtor! Would call on her again if needed in a heartbeat.
