Shannon was our realtor when we bought our first home through a teacher home buying program. She is the only realtor in all of Las Vegas who is part of this program. The buying process was so much easier than we thought because she guided us every step of the way. When we moved and had to sell our house, we called Shannon again. We were in another city trying to sell our house and she made the selling process easy even though we are hundreds of miles away. Whenever we had to sign something, she would give us a heads up, and send us an email beforehand explaining what it was we were signing. She took care of everything from the carpet cleaning to minor fixes that needed to be done. We were always in the know about what was happening with the buying and selling process. I knew she was good, but after buying our new house in our new city, I realized, she is amazing!! I wished so much that she could have sold us our new house.
