I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time home-owners. She did an excellent job of guiding us through each step of the home buying process. We met with her when looking at different realtors and she spent the time to explain each step to us and what we could expect up front, which really helped give an overall picture. She was flexible with our schedule while looking at homes, meeting us later in the evening on weekdays since we work late, and setting up appointments as soon as houses we were interested in went on the market. The house we purchased had only been on the market a day or two by the time we put an offer in. Once we found a home, she really drove the process forward and aggressively followed up with the selling agent to make sure everything was done on time. My wife and I always felt like Tanya was on-top of things and were comfortable with her throughout the process. She kept us informed and made it clear what we needed to do at each step to move forward. I would recommend her to any of my friends in the Houston area!

Where do I start?? I'm not the most spiritual person; however, I feel that me meeting Tanya Martinez was definitely divine intervention. We crossed paths a week or so before one of the most difficult transitional periods I've went through thus far in life. During our first phone conversation, I explained that I would be a first time home buyer and was looking to purchase in summer/fall 2022. We decided to meet a week later for an in person chat.At the time, I had been renting an apartment for 3 years and was experiencing a series of vehicle vandalism and theft at the property.Long story short:Friday night: There was another attempt to steal my boyfriend's vehicle.Saturday: I had an in person meeting with Tanya. Later that evening, she asked if I would like to view a few homes on Sunday.Sunday: We found my house!Monday: I was evicted from my apartment (another story!)I was absolutely new to the home buying process. She held my hand every step of the way. She was extremely patient and thoroughly explained things. If she didn't have the answers to my questions, she would tap into her resources to find the answers.There was a point in the buying process where I became discouraged, unsure and scared. I was ready to throw in the towel. Tanya never once pressured me into continuing the process. She listened to my concerns, presented me with facts as well as her point of view and allowed me to make my decision as to how I wanted to proceed.Overall, working with Tanya was very smooth. She was always punctual and stayed on top of things. After each meeting, she would e-mail a recap of major points that were discussed. She has a plethora of contacts and resources to assist with all angles of the home buying process. She even helped me with finding movers and interior decorating!I was evicted out of my apartment 1/28/22....I closed on my home 04/27/22 and I'm absolutely in love!She may not believe it, but Tanya Martinez is my angel :)

Tanya is the ultimate realtor. If you are buying a home and think there might be a bidding war, she will advise you on how best to be the winning bid AND if it comes down to you and one other bid that are about the same, she will win because she is incredibly good at conveying her knowledge, expertise, and communication to the seller's agent. Other agents WANT to work with her because she is so good at what she does.She knows people in every industry so if you need an inspection quickly, she calls her guys and they are all over it. You need painters to come bid, she will line up several to come out. You need a roofer? HVAC? Plumber? She knows a guy and will help get it all arranged and fixed. She is bar none the best advocate I have ever seen in real estate and I would not buy or sell with anyone else.

Having Tanya Martinez as our realtor while building our home has been a huge blessing to our family. My husband and I just cannot recommend her enough. She was always right there with us throughout the entire process making sure things went according to plan, making sure we knew what to look for and what came next, and advocating for us when things did not go the way that they should have. She was also very knowledgeable about the process so we always felt that we were in good hands. Tanya did her best to be available any time we needed her and had great recommendations for additional services needed while building a home.
