Where do I begin? Tina is a realtor on YOUR side! My husband and I first sold our home with her. The first people that looked at it bought so we sold the first day (I think 8 hours was our OFFICIAL time). She walked through our home prior to putting on the market and helped us with what to do and what not to do with "staging." Our buyers liked our staging so much that they asked for our furniture!! Then she helped us way above and beyond on our new build home. When things were just sitting and they'd done no work, she got in touch with Corporate and got things moving. We also had a contractual issue that she helped us with. And of course, ANY questions we had throughout the process, she was there to help at any time. Tina is an amazing realtor who truly cares about her clients and will do everything to make you feel taken care of.

Tina is AMAZING! She helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had been looking on and off for the last few years and we just never found a good match with a home or a real estate agent. This year we were introduced to Tina and we had a completely different experience than we had in the past. She worked very hard for us. She was patient with the hundreds of questions that we had and she never once tried to pressure us into a home or a different area. Buying a home is stressful enough as it is and you don't want that stress coming from your real estate agent. You want someone that you can trust to have your needs, wants, and best interests at heart and Tina is definitely that person. I would strongly recommend her to everyone!

Tina was amazing! We were first time home buyers in a tricky situation with a spouse overseas, but she knew all of the angles of home buying, from the financial side and inspection details, to the real estate side. She was very friendly, was always on top of deadlines and other agencies involved, and was very proactive on getting information and answers to us, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a return call, etc. We will definitely use her as our listing agent when we sell as well as have her help us find another home when the time comes. We very much appreciate her and highly recommend her!
