I met Tracee at the daycare that our children attended. At a birthday party I picked her brain about real estate in Charlotte. We had been looking for 3 years with no success. It came in waves where we would be serious and then be discouraged by the market. The realtor we were working with at the time was not the best fit for our family and we knew that but we were not sure what we needed or how to go about finding a better fit. When our offer was accepted, after getting our inspection back we realized we had A LOT of repairs. She got to work negotiating money from the seller and always kept us in the loop. We finally closed on our first home and we couldn’t be happier. I am so grateful we had Tracee there guiding us and keeping us in line when we started to panic or get ahead of ourselves. Not only did she become a friend through this but she is like family to us now. It was so exciting when her and her son came to my daughters 3rd birthday party and we got to show her the house we’ve made a home.
