Tracey Has a matter of fact approach I found refreshing. If we viewed a home and she didn't think it was a good fit she would be up front and honest, while pointing out things I tended to overlook. She is not all about making the sale and truly is in it for the clients best interest. We did find the perfect home. We got it under asking. She also got our closing costs paid for by the seller. When my son is ready to buy his first home, we will send him to her.

Tracey Reed is a smart, responsible and professional realtor. She listens to the wants and needs of her clients, she gave us advice to achieve our dreams and goals. She is very personable, and pays close attention to details. Tracey was always available and ready to answer any and all questions we had. She ended up getting us an amazing deal and even got our closing cost paid. She didn’t leave any money on the table , and every dime she made sure we was able to use in the closing of our home. She is very savy and knows this business well. She worked extremely hard for us and nothing got past her. If you’re looking for a realtor to fight for you this is her.
As a first time home buyer, i didnt really know what to expect. I have to say though, Tracey Biggs Reed was absolutly amazing. Everything went very smooth on my first home purchase. If your buying or selling a home i highly recommend Tracey, you wont be disappointed. As far as im concerned she is the best in the business. Thank you Tracey for a smooth awesome experience!!
