Travis has been around Denver for a long time, and he knows the market inside and out. At 6 foot 7 inches, the guy is a gentle giant - but a relentless negotiator. He will be super friendly, super responsive, and you’ll always be there if you need him. Travis’s wife literally had a baby during the busy season and he took me to see several houses the day after (selfish of me to ask, I know). He will treat you and your family like it was his own, and you’ll probably even feel like you could invite him over for Thanksgiving dinner. If I ever need to list my new house, buy another, or need any real estate advice, Travis will be my guy.

Travis is one of the best in the industry. He was able to get ahold of an extremely hard to contact listing agent, to get my offer through with in 1 DAY. He also worked very diligently with the listing agent I to get me extra inspections needed with little to no cost. Not only that, he was able to work my closing documents so the seller would make repairs regardless of condition.
