An Austin native, I reached out to Zach after falling in love with a home in Bartlett, Texas. Although it was well over a 40-minute drive, he eagerly took on the role as my buyer's agent. He got me into the home for a showing quickly, and wrote the seller an offer they couldn't refuse! He did a great job of making sure I was informed and in the loop every step along the way. There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked out with the seller's agent and Zach did a great job of negotiating and standing by my interests. Overall my experience with Zach was nothing but positive all the way down to the last minute at the closing table. I would most definitely recommend Zach to friends and family members looking to buy or sell in the Austin area

My experience with realtor Zach Fales was overall excellent. He was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. He was helpful in answering all my questions thoughout the process. He helped me to find a place that I loved and that would realistically fit my budget. I had asked him for recommendations on a mortgage lender and home inspector. They both as well had more than exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this realtor to anyone!
I initially met Zach through a mutual friend, he assisted me about a year ago to find my previous rental residency. When it came time to buy a house I didn't even consider any other realtors, just Zach! Poor Zach was dragged to house after house, me texting him either really early or late and he was always there patient, and just so helpful. We truly couldn't of done it without him. Even after countless hours of looking at homes, Zach would say he had someone else to go show houses too. I mean he never stops working, that just goes to show his dedication but his general willingness to help you find the right home. When it came time to putting in an offer and the closing, he was on it. He was persistent when he needed too, but ultimately we knew he had our interest in mind. He advised us when he felt appropriate, and negotiated with the seller for our best outcome. Seriously, we couldn't of done it without Zach! I don't plan on purchasing a home in the near future, but when that time comes, Zach will be hearing from me
